On 7 and 8 November 2016, world’s leading research-intensive university associations gathered in Tokyo (Keio University) for 2016 International annual meeting and RU11 and other participants signed Tokyo Statement on “The Need for Long and Substantial Investment in Frontier Research at Research Intensive Universities (RIUs)”
